FKM Coated Metal Material

 FKM rubber gasket are derived from a synthetic fluoroelastome. It provides excellent resistance to Chemicals, Petrol and oils. It commonly used in the automotive, oil sectors and aerospace. It has excellent thermal stability. The temperature wil be -20°C up to +205°C.

JM-FKM01 is a new kind of sealing material that made from special process of coating Fluororubber on the surface. It has excellent performance and wide range of application.

 

FKM fkm gasket material provides excellent performance of high temperature resistance and sealing durability. It has a relatively long shelf life and other than soft sealing materials. It is recommended to use in tough environmental condition with high temperature and pressure application.

 

The following metals can be selected:

 

▲Cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. (thickness 0.1-20mm)

▲Coated rubber can be coated on both sides or on one side

▲Multiple rubber coating options to improve adhesion to irregular flange surfaces.

▲When load distribution is a concern, rubber-coated metal can be easily embossed to produce an optimal seal.

Applications include:

Water Pump, Automotive transmissions, air intakes, oil filter adapters, oil cooler front covers and other secondary engine seals, brake mufflers, head gaskets for small engine and compressor applications
